Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team in a multifaceted support role spanning Insurance, Investments, and Firm‑Wide Operations. This position plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, delivering exceptional client experiences, and supporting our advisors.
The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, highly organized, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. This role has the opportunity to evolve and grow in scope and impact as our insurance and investment departments grow in the coming years.

Responsibilities
Insurance & Investment Services
- Develop mastery of core operational systems (account opening, servicing, etc.)
- Address and resolve all incoming firm‑level client inquiries related to insurance & investments
- Assist with introducing the appropriate advisor based on each client’s needs
- Design and execute client engagement strategies
- Review and follow up on any outstanding issues related to advisor compensation
- Serve as a solution‑oriented troubleshooting resource for our advisors and their teams related to operational issues
- Assist the Director of Wealth Management with coordinating training meetings and events
- Support the onboarding and development of new investment advisors
- Assist candidates in preparing for investment certification exams
- Provide general support to the firm as needed
Firm‑Wide Operations
- Help support planning and preparation for firm‑wide events
- Support firm‑wide compliance initiatives
- Handle firm mail needs and manage incoming customer inquiries across email, the website, and other channels
- Qualifications
- Preferred Skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive and self‑motivated problem solver
- Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Requirements:
- Hybrid: 3 days in-office per week
- At least 1 year of experience in the financial services industry (3+ years preferred)
- Life, Accident & Health Insurance License
- Series 6 & 63 required (or 7/66)
Compensation
$60,000 - $90,000, Dependent on Experience
