Directly after Graduate school, she joined MetLife as an advisor, a choice driven by a profound desire to help others in achieving financial preparedness. Her own family’s tragic encounter with a devastating fire became the catalyst for her unwavering commitment to making a difference in the lives of others, especially from unexpected life events.
Danielle has excelled in diverse leadership roles, from sales, recruiting and marketing to senior leadership. In her current role as Chief Executive Officer of Foster Klima, her passion lies in growing the firm’s impact.
Danielle is a frequent panelist and speaker at a variety of industry educational events, focusing on the topics of motivation, team building, mentoring and leadership.
She is a current member of FINSECA and National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). She holds a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Youngstown State University.
